The complex is surrounded by lush vegetation. The only thing separating the apartments from the sea is the shade, walking path and beach. Every evening the view from the terrace is a new breathtaking experience, with the sun slowly sinking into the sea towards the west. The complex was renovated in 2006 and has 147 units in total. It offers a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, newspaper stand, mini supermarket, hairdresser's salon, bar, nightclub and a restaurant.
