Built 2009, the hotel offers guests a lobby with 24-hour check-out services, lift access and Internet access (fees apply).
Reception is manned from 10.00am -5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 10am-12pm on Saturdays. Self Check in outside of these hours, however there is evening security from 5.30pm - midnight from Monday-Friday. On Saturdays security hours are 9pm-3am. Prior to your arrivel please call reception on 01179 290 020 or email bristol@max-hotels.co.uk during office hours so they can send you the important access codes and instructions you will need for your check-in.
