Hotel Belvedere, with it's carefully preserved Art-Nouveau-Style, proofs of the epoche of the beginning of the past century when travelling has just become fashionable and the Swiss hotel industry was starting to develop. After beeing built in 1912, the hotel opened as Grand Hotel Belvédère and experienced with it's guests and staff the changing of good and bad times, fashion-styles, inventions and time-passing.
Because of it's privileged and risen position at the border of Wengen, the Hotel Belvédère does profit of a unique calmity and a magnificient view to the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen-valley.
