The beach outside Playa Colibri is one of the nicest and most beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas, with its high coconut palm trees and its fine sand. In fact, it's known for its calmness and serenity. The temperature is almost the same the whole year round and is very delightful. |

Playa Colibri is located directly on the beach and close to the centre of Las Terrenas. With Playa Colibri being close to the town, you can find almost everything you need within a short walking distance or a five minute economic motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) ride to small supermarkets, banks, bars, various boutiques and restaurants. |

* After the day's activities, spend time getting to know other guests or meet some friends, while sipping on a local ice cold beer, a tropical punch, Cuba libre, caipiriña, or piña colada. In Colibar restaurant you'll be welcomed with fresh fish, lobster or huge crab. Meanwhile you can sit back and relax as you watch a magnificent sunset over the ocean right in front of you.
* At the reception of Playa Colibri you can rent motorcycles, jeeps, quads, bikes, horses, boats, jet skis, wind surfboards or even small airplanes. The reception can arrange transfers for you from the international airports to Las Terrenas via taxi or with a small airplane. They can also arrange safari tours or, various excursions to waterfalls, desert beaches, bird islands, mangrove woods or caves with ancient Taino wall engravings.
* Secured parking, room service, baby sitter, library, high speed internet connection are available on Playa Colibri.
* You can enjoy leisurely breakfast in the privacy of your own balcony and after sipping your last drop of rich, Dominican coffee, cross the sand street to wander on the beach at the water's edge and relish the feeling of the cool, moist sand on your bare feet or put on your mask and flippers to explore the beauty of nature. And, even though the ocean and beaches are perfect, they also have a big swimming pool with jacuzzi. |

* Playa Colibri features three different apartment layouts. Type A, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and terrace with sea view for four adults and one child. Type B has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and terrace with sea view for two adults and one child. Type C is a studio with a kitchenette and garden-facing terrace for one couple.
* The apartments are comfortably appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, a safety deposit box and 40 channel cable TV. There are ceiling fans in every room and on the terraces. Also included are linens and bathroom towels with twice a week maid service. Upon request, they can provide extra cleaning service, a private cook, or a full time maid. Also apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, in room safe box and hair blower. |
