The magnificent Porta Nova is located on the highest point of Tavira overlooking the picturesque landscape of the bluest ocean and emerald green mountains. Porta Nova is perfect for business or pleasure as it has facilities for events and boasts superb restaurants, bars, and health club. The hotel is only a ten minute stroll to the city centre and a half an hour drive from the airport.
Please note the new timetable for the health club (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) from 06/12/08 onwards will be as follows: Opened from 10.00 a.m. until 06 p.m / Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays
. Also, the Turkish bath is closed due refurbishments and there is no opening date as of yet.
