Settlers Beach is located in St James Barbados on the west coast of the Island conveniently situation within walking distance from Holetown and Sunset Crest. These areas are the main shopping centre for St James and offer many facilities and services.
If the guests wish to venture to the city of Bridgetown, Barbados on the complimentary shuttle provided by Cave Shepard, who has departments store located in Holetown and Bridgetown. The shuttle needs to be booked 24hours in advance by the front desk. In most of the department stores in Bridgetown the guests will see familiar overseas brands as well as local products. |

Each villa is positioned in either a pool/garden setting or on the west coast beach front. Settlers Beach villas are tastefully decorated luxury villas, perfectly tailored for a carefree Barbados villa holiday.
* Each villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms fitted with hairdryers, clock radios and personal safes. Both bedrooms boast marble ensuite bathrooms. The living room and dining room areas are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The villas are also equipped with iron & ironing boards, washing machine/dryer and amenities for the guests' added convenience.
* The two bedroom villas come in two styles; bungalow living room, bungalow - nine (9) villas in this style.
* Single storey Barbados villas with two separate master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are connected to the living room and kitchen area by a patio/atrium.
* Two storey villas with interconnecting bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor and the main living area on the ground floor.
* All villas have two entry doors, front door from the parking bay and sliding doors from the garden. Each one offering sun loungers on the lawn in front of each villa for the guests to relax in the warmth of the Caribbean sun.
