Sorell Hotel Asora is in the center of the charming mountain village Arosa. The hotel has a restaurant called Orelli which has a sun terrace to enjoy the view while jumping into the taste of food.
The hotel and restaurant were originally built in 1909 as a business and residence building with shops and apartments.
In 1929, a newly founded cooperative responsible for municipal parlors and houses purchased the whole realty, converted it and named it Orelli house - after the founder of the Zurich Women's Club, Dr. h.c. Susanna Orelli (1845 - 1939) who had laid the cornerstone for this successful enterprise. |
